The students have an overview of the current state of research in the selected field of plasma physics.
The topic of the Master Class is a selected area of low-temperature plasma physics that is currently of particular interest in research. It is set at short notice and changes from year to year - for example, in 2018 the topic "electronegative plasmas" was discussed. Experts in the field of low-temperature plasma physics, who usually have extensive teaching experience, give lectures on the specific subject.
The students should have attended several introductory lectures in the field of plasma technology and passed the corresponding exams.
At the moment the course is still planned as a face-to-face event More information is available at https://www.plasma-school.org/
