Students have knowledge of the scientific presentation of a given topic through literature studies, preparation and conducting of a presentation followed by a discussion as well as the preparation of a written report.
The subjects discussed during the seminar are of interest within the major field of study automation technology. Both software applications as well as the experimental plants of the institute will be subject of discussion. The industrial use of automation technology is another relevant topic.

- Process measurement
- Process modelling
- Diagnosis of technical systems
- Process control
- CAD systems for automation technology
- Contents of the lecture
- Automatic Control
