goals

This course provides an overview onthe methods and applications of speech and audio communication. Hereby you acquire an in-depth understanding of the close interaction oftransmission in acoustic spaces and the perception of speech and audio signals. The students get to know the influencing quantities and processes for the transmission of speech and audio and know how to realise high-quality speech and audio communication with the aid of signal processing methods. The students are equipped with basic mathematical skills for the analysis and synthesis of speech and audio communication equipment.
